I have been cooking for as long as I can remember (and that goes back a ways), testing recipes on my friends and family. Some are my own and others just catch my eye...however, I inevitably alter them in some way (adding pancetta!). My husband and kids are willing to try anything I make and have now adopted the same adventurous spirit when it comes to cooking for themselves... an egg on leftover Jack-In-The-Box tacos? Scrambled eggs and jambalaya? All is fair game in our household!! I hope you enjoy the adventure...Erin
