This is great on pizza, pasta, brushed on bread before baking….pretty much anything where you want an extra punch!
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cayenne oil
Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to simmer. Turn off the burner and let cool. I keep a few empty brown beer bottles around to use for these small batch infused oils. They are the perfect size….
